Josie O’Reilly – January 21, 2020
hello,
Any idea when the cushy ride kennel pads will be back in stock?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – January 22, 2020
We won’t have those in for a few months still
William Birch – January 14, 2020
I have the XL ruffiand. Is the recessed edge around the outside of the floor intended to collect water? I find the middle of the floor sags with the weight of the dog and prevents water from draining to the outside.
orders@rufflandkennels.com – January 15, 2020
William, I would recommend getting a Wet Mutt Pad or another type of Sport Dog Pad that is meant to be wet, it will also keep the dog up out of it. Or you can put something under the kennel to help it from sagging
Courtney – January 5, 2020
Is this going to be back in stock ever?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – January 7, 2020
It could still be a few months before we have it back in stock
Patty D. – December 24, 2019
Will these be in stock soon? I’m planning a road trip next month and would love to have one for it.
Daniel Cea – January 1, 2020
The kennel pads are a must have for the kennels for comfort and safety purposes….why so long in re stocking?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – January 2, 2020
We had to find a new vendor to make those for us. We are working on the design and material for those so they are exactly what we want. We will be offering more sizes than just the one we had before which also is taking longer

orders@rufflandkennels.com – December 30, 2019
Unfortunately, it will still be a few months before we have them in
Paul Grebel – December 24, 2019
Are you going to restock the kennel liners
We are currently working on it but it could still be a few months before we have them in
eric gonzales – December 18, 2019
Are you ever going to restock these pads? It seems like you haven’t had these in over a year
Kevin Severson – January 5, 2020
Go to tractor supply and get the rubber pad for doghouses, same material as horse stall pads. Cut it to fit your kennel.
We are currently working on getting new ones in but it is, unfortunately, taking longer than we expected or would like
Cheryl j. Moriarity – December 1, 2019

Ryan – November 2, 2019
What size primo pad will fit best in my large ruffland kennel?
Donna – October 24, 2019
How do I know what size kennel I need for my dog? Is there a special way I should measure him? He stands 29/30 inches at his withers. I looked at your XL kennels interiors measurements, but not sure if it will work.
orders@rufflandkennels.com – October 28, 2019
We don’t recommend sizes for the dogs. We recommend going to a vet or trainer and seeing what they recommend. It also depends what you’re using the kennel for. If its for traveling you can get away with tighter fit but if it is at home you are going to want them to have more room. It is really just what you’re comfortable with putting your dog in
Bill – October 20, 2019
When will u be getting the crate pads in.
Debbie Grunwald – October 19, 2019
How long does it take to get one delivered in Iowa?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – October 21, 2019
1-2 days
Greg Grubb – September 16, 2019
Just bought an XL Ruff Land kennel only to realize that I can’t find a pad to fit the interior dimensions and your pads are sold out. Can you suggest a pad or source for a pad that will fit my XL kennel? Ruff Tuff is an “odd” size.
orders@rufflandkennels.com – September 17, 2019
Greg, Primo Pad carries ones that are made for our kennels
Jordan Engel – August 8, 2019
Will these be back in stock anytime or have they been discontinued?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – August 8, 2019
Jordan, we will not have any of the kennel pads in stock for another few months
Dustin – August 8, 2019
When will the cushy rude kennel pad be back in stock?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – August 9, 2019
We wont have those back in stock for another few months
Chad – August 2, 2019
Easy to clean way better then a wired kennel. My boy goes in and passes out some night with out making him go in. Helps with anxiety.I just love it. The only thing I would like to see is the lower holes on the side moved up a bit. otherwise NO complaints! Great product!!
John Cockriel – August 23, 2019
Do the cushy pads fit well in the Intermediate size kennel and is there a waiting list for when they come available
orders@rufflandkennels.com – August 26, 2019
John, the kennels pads we had only fit in the intermediate kennel. We do not have a waiting list for the kennel pads as is still could be another couple months before we get those in
Jordan Frank (verified owner) – July 23, 2019
I know you had said end of July for the kennel pads. Do you have them back in stock yet?
Bill – August 17, 2019
Where else can I get a pad
Bill, we also recommend primo pads and they make pads for all of our sizes
orders@rufflandkennels.com – July 23, 2019
We still will not have the kennel pads in for another few months unfortunately
Frank Ashby – July 17, 2019

orders@rufflandkennels.com – May 9, 2019
We will not have those in stock until the end of July, we are currently not taking orders for them
hcf85 – May 8, 2019
When are you expecting to have kennel pads back in stock?
We will not have those until the end of July
Stephanie Phillips – March 20, 2019
What sort of material is the kennel pad made of? Will the dogs eat it, and if they eat it, can it hurt them?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – April 4, 2019
It is a rubberized foam. It is not scratch or chew proof. It will not harm your dog
Driscoll A. Otto III – March 17, 2019
What are the dimensions of this pad?
orders@rufflandkennels.com – March 19, 2019
it is 28″ x 18″
Nolan – March 12, 2019
Why wouldn’t you make large and extra large variants…
orders@rufflandkennels.com – March 12, 2019
We do not make them at our facility, we get those from a vendor of ours. They only make 2 sizes and the other size they make is too large for our kennels. We are keeping our eye out for ones that we like enough to offer for all sizes, we just haven’t found one yet
Jaana McDonald – February 12, 2019
what is the material of this pad? also are you going to make a pad for the smaller kennels?
J. Seabaugh – December 9, 2019
When you order Primo pads – they guaranteed via the phone they’ll fit our Ruffland Kennels (Intermediate and Large) they did NOT fit. No terribly huge deal – I just used them for their house crates. I guess we’ll just wait til the Ruffland crate mats get back in stock! Seabhaus Kennel
orders@rufflandkennels.com – February 14, 2019
The best way to describe it is like a rubberized foam. We do not make those here, we get them from a vendor and they only offer two sizes and the only other size they offer is bigger than any of our kennel sizes. We have been looking for some but we have not found any that we like enough. We do recommend primo pad for our other kennels. They have kennel pads made for all our kennel sizes
