Every dog handles anxiety a little differently. Creating a safe, comfortable, familiar space your dog can retreat to is a great place to start. RuffLand® kennels give your dog a secure space they can call their own.

You can also customize your setup to help create a more comfortable environment. Add a Door Cover to limit light and visual stimulation, use a Kennel Cover for additional insulation, or leave a vent flap open to increase airflow. Our customizable vent placement options can also help minimize potential chew points and help keep drool and mess contained.

For dogs that need an added layer of protection, The Guard Dog and The Shield can provide additional security and protection around the kennel.

Our online system only accepts one payment method per order right now. If you need to split payment across two cards, give our team a call and we'll walk you through it. Financing options are also available through Affirm at checkout, based on your location.

Our kennels are rotationally molded from UV-stabilized polyethylene and built right here in the USA.

Size Variation: Because our kennels are rotationally molded, slight dimensional variations can occur from kennel to kennel. We maintain strict tolerances to ensure each kennel falls within our specifications and meets our quality standards.

Every dog is a little different. Even within the same breed, the build and structure of your dog can vary widely from that of others. We recommend starting with our Interactive Size Guide. 

When you can, visit a RuffLand retailer too, so you can see the kennel in person and confirm the fit for your dog. If the kennel is going in a vehicle, factor in your door or hatch clearance and think through which door configuration will work best for your setup. The sizing guide gets you close, but seeing it in person is the best way to make sure it works for your dog and your ride.

Everyone’s preferences and use cases are different, but in general, we do not recommend sizing up. A properly fitted kennel tends to be a safer option for your dog and also takes up less room in your vehicle. Because kennel sizes and quality can vary between brands, we only make sizing recommendations within our own lineup.

The widest point of the kennel is at the center. This is intentionally designed to help maintain proper airflow and ventilation when kennels are placed next to other objects.

When looking at the front of the kennel, if the second door is on the right side, it is a Right-Side Entry (RSE). If the second door is on the left side, it is a Left-Side Entry (LSE). If the second door is on the rear of the kennel, we classify it as a Double Door.

This comes down to the nature of plastic, and it's completely normal. Temperature swings in transit or storage can cause minor warping. It'll typically resolve itself once the kennel sits at room temperature for a bit.

This can happen for a few different reasons depending on the door style. There are a couple of quick fixes depending on where the rattle is coming from, so reach out to our team and we'll help you track it down.

Our roto-molded products are made in multiple facilities across the country, so the location marked on your kennel may vary.

All of our roto-molded products are held to the same standards and meet the same quality requirements, regardless of where they are produced.

Screen resolution, lighting, and device settings can all shift how a color reads in photos. Slight variation is also normal from batch to batch, since color can vary a bit from one production run to the next. If you feel your kennel doesn't match what you ordered, reach out and we'll get it sorted.

• Clean regularly: Use mild dish soap and a soft-bristle brush to remove dirt and buildup.
• Avoid harsh chemicals: Skip bleach or ammonia-based cleaners.
• Rinse thoroughly: Make sure all soap residue is rinsed away before your dog goes back in.
• Wipe or air dry: Let the kennel dry fully before latching it back up.
• Inspect regularly: Check hardware, hinges, and vents on a regular basis.
  

Both tie-down kits mount to the fasteners molded into the top of the kennel. The D-ring kit uses a D-ring attachment, while the bracket kit uses a bracket-style attachment.

We carry insulated covers built for each kennel size, plus lightweight options for warmer weather.

Coupler kits physically connect kennels together, while stacking does not attach them to one another. The tops and bottoms of the kennels are molded so they can nest together and stay largely in place when stacked. Every kennel can stack with other similarly sized kennels, and certain sizes can also stack together, such as Intermediate and Large, or SUV and Backseat Rider.

No. Kennel dividers are sized to fit specific kennel sizes. We offer dividers for Intermediate, Large, XL, and Titan kennels. Dividers are not available for small kennels and are not compatible with electric wireless models.

Estimated delivery dates are determined at time of shipping, NOT from the time of placing the order. Timing can shift depending on order volume and your location. You can also check tracking info sent to your email once your order ships. If you don't see a tracking email, check your spam folder, then reach out and we'll look into it. 

Example: Spee Dee delivery is generally a 1-3 day transit from the time it gets picked up from our facility. You can use the approximate ship dates once you receive tracking on your order. Prior to that, your order is processing and no ship dates are provided.

Yes. We ship accessories together with kennels whenever possible. Depending on inventory and where your order is coming from, some accessory orders may ship separately from the kennel. Reach out and we'll check the status of your order.

Yes. Depending on the retailer, you may have multiple options for shipping the kennel and accessories directly to your address, or you can pick up in person.

We can ship to most countries through our website. If it's your first time ordering, choose your country's flag at checkout to see pricing in your currency. You can also talk to our customer care team if placing a large order to learn more about shipping options.

No, we do not offer free shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Due to the increased number of thefts, we always recommend requiring a signature or shipping to a location where you can secure your package upon arrival.
