Below are the expectations for a RuffLand® Performance Kennels (a division of Ruff Land Performance, LLC) Pro Staff Member. We are confident that you will be a valuable addition to our team if accepted, and we are excited to work with you. Our program’s intent is to extend our brand recognition through your expertise and knowledge in your field and to share your passion for quality dog products. Outlined below are our company policies, which may be terminated, revised, or updated by RuffLand® Performance Kennels at any time without notice to you.

Benefits:

• All Pro Staff will be provided an article of clothing and/or cap with the RuffLand® Performance Kennels logo at no charge.
• All Pro Staff will be provided one kennel and one accessory once accepted into the program; this excludes the water topper, kennel pad, and kennel cover. Other items may be purchased at 10% discount, pre-paid with a credit card. However, terms can be established with a credit check.
• Additional items may be provided depending on event.
• All Pro Staff will be provided with a RuffLand® Performance Kennels Banner upon request.
• All Pro Staff that participate at least 9 hours per day in events, as authorized and pre-approved by RuffLand® Performance Kennels, will be compensated $175.00 per day plus $50 per diem for meals. Lodging and pre-agreed upon transportation expenses will be paid by the company. Shorter day events will be
  paid at an hourly wage of $18/hr.
• RuffLand® Performance Kennels will pay for any booth expense provided you are not representing any other brands at the event or personally participating in the event while attending.
• Pro-staff may request a unique coupon code to be given out for direct purchases from our website. Credit (% to be determined) will be given for any purchases made with your specific code.

Requirements

• Participate at local sporting shows, hunt tests, or agility events in your area three to four times per year.
• Refer customers to our website and offer the coupon code to such customers for purchases.
• The provided banner should be displayed at every event where our product is displayed or made available to consumers.
• Pro Staff are required to supply an image and/or video and a brief description of each attended event pertaining to RuffLand® Performance Kennels directly to reidv@rufflandkennels.com or pete@rufflandkennels.com, or on social media with a tag to RuffLand® Kennels page.
• Make at least one social media post per month, including mentioning RuffLand® Performance Kennels Facebook page. RuffLand® Performance Kennels shall own and may repost or use any post focusing on the Ruff Land products or likeness free of charge.
• Support RuffLand® Performance Kennels through verbal support for local customers and other retailers.

Marketing/Social Media

• Images taken must be high resolution and contain no images of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or nudity or as otherwise determined by RuffLand® Performance LLC.
• Any social media posts must contain no negative remarks, conations, or references including any competitor products.

Disclosure/Privacy

• You will work exclusively with RuffLand® Performance Kennels for any marketing and representation of plastic kennel products or other Ruff Land Performance LLC products.
• You agree you are an independent contractor, not subject to withholding, and that you will provide insurance for your automobile and other liability insurance in limits established by RuffLand® Performance LLC. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for taxes.
• Pro Staff are unable to represent other companies who are involved in the manufacture or sale of plastic dog kennels.
• If you receive information from our marketing team regarding an event, participating in a shoot or new products, it is required that you keep this information fully undisclosed and confidential until that information is released to the public.
• You agree that RuffLand® Performance LLC, and its successors, are entitled to use your likeness, that of your dog or employees, and others in RuffLand® Performance LLC posts and advertising and promotional materials free of charge.

Violation/Termination

• At any time if you violate these policies, RuffLand® Performance Kennels, at its sole discretion, may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.
• Any violation will require that you return any promotional products, in either product itself or monetary value of credits or products, shipping prepaid.

Ruff Land Performance Kennels Warranty

• The warranty applies only to RuffLand® Performance LLC products purchased from an Authorized RuffLand® Performance LLC Dealer, Distributor, Pro-Staff, or online store, and is extended only to the original purchaser ("owner") for the lifetime of the kennel, and a period of one year from the date of
  purchase for accessories.
• All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized Dealer, Distributor, or website.
• RuffLand® warrants all products sold by Authorized Dealers and Distributors to be free of defects in material or workmanship. RuffLand® Performance LLC will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred including consequential incidental and punitive damages as a result of loss or use of product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

• Damage or breakage from wear and tear by your pet.
• Impact-related damage or breakage.
• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or carelessness.
• Intentional damage and/or breakage
• Edge chipping and/or pressure cracking from normal wear and abuse
• Warping from exposure to heat, rain, or snow
• Damage resulting from improper installation of accessories.
• Any damage caused from anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage from the use of solvents, adhesives, or cleaning solutions.
• Alterations or modifications done by customer.
