Continental United States Shipping
We use FedEx Ground for most weight based kennel shipments, and FedEx Smartpost for most accessory shipments. We will combine shipping on accessories whenever possible; we want to save you money. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Shipping rates and times are for standard CONUS only (See below for Alaska, Hawaii & International orders). We use FedEx Smartpost for accessories as a way to help our customers save money, without losing speed in shipping. FedEx Ground will pick the package up at our facility, and deliver it to the USPS for final delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Due to the increased number of thefts, we suggest requesting “delivery signature required” on shipments if you have any doubts about the packages being left outside the residence.
We will send your tracking number to the e-mail we have on file at time of shipping. Delivery usually takes 1-4 business days. (See map below for a more accurate timeframe).
Alaska, Hawaii, & International Shipping
For these shipments, please call (605) 368-9872 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get an estimate or quote on shipping. In order to get an accurate quote, we will need to know the products you are wanting shipped and the Zip/Postal Code to where it is going.
If you need your items by a certain day, and standard shipping will not get it there in time, please give us a call at (605) 368-9872 or email email@example.com. Please note that due to the size of our kennels, expedited shipping can run an additional $200-$300. In order to get an accurate quote, we will need to know the products you are wanting shipped, and the Zip/Postal Code to where it is going.
If your order does not allow for a shipping method and you are in the continental USA, your order is probably too large for our website to calculate. Please call us at (605) 368-9872 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to have our shipping department calculate the cheapest and best method to get your order to you.
